N.I.M. CONSERVATIVE POLICY

N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL, the National Independents Movement which began in Osterholz-Scharmbeck and Bremerhaven, which are two cities located in North Germany, in the year 1989, presents this N.I.M. Conservative Policy.  The N.I.M. Conservative Policy was last updated on August 10, 2007, from the previous March 24, 2005 version.

It was a wise move to give the organization an English name in 1989, over the objections of some original N.I.M. Members, because the National Independents Movement has long since expanded beyond the boarders of Germany to influence both the Anglo-Saxon and Celtic worlds in several NATO nations, in part, because of this decision.

The N.I.M. Conservative Policy will make it clear for all time, what the worldwide objectives of N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, N.I.M. National Independents Movement are, eliminating any fears of both N.I.M. Members and non-N.I.M. Members throughout the entire world concerning N.I.M. objectives.  

The N.I.M. Conservative Policy is a brief statement of all N.I.M. objectives which have been previously demonstrated by the National Independents  Movement, N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, continuously since the year 1989.

In this document, N.I.M. National Independents Movement, N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL, clearly defines the term:                              

INTERNATIONAL CONSERVATIVE NATIONALISM

- I -

[1.0]   N.I.M. believes and practices Legal Change Through Legal Methods, ONLY, throughout the world.   N.I.M. has never stated that one Race is superior than another Race based on skin color only. 

[1.1]    N.I.M. leaves it to every individual to decide this question of status, or superiority for themselves, concerning the equality of racial groups worldwide.

[1.2]    N.I.M. presents facts based upon credible historical records, criminal justice files, national police reports, international police reports, and other creditable sources concerning the conduct of specific groups, during specific periods of time.

[1.3]   N.I.M. desires to legally end all Privileges and Quotas based on Race worldwide.

[2.0]    The spread of inner city ghetto crime areas, as the inner city ghettos grow, is a threat to society.   The only way to halt the growth of this infection is to give land and housing owners greater gravity.  This gravity will be to regain the right to rent, lease, or sell housing, apartments, and property based on all criteria, including Race.

[2.1]    Property owners should be able to rent, lease or sell their property without the fear of so called Anti-Discrimination Penalties or Lawsuits.

[2.2]     Employers need a greater gravity on who they employ.   The forcing of government on the employer to hirer anyone based on Race, is unfair to better qualified applicants, who lose employment opportunities because employers are afraid of so called Anti-Discrimination Lawsuits.

[2.3]    The bottom line is, persons of any Race should live in areas where property owners are willing to Rent, Lease, or Sell to them, without government force.

[2.4]     Employers should have the legal right to hirer an applicant based upon their credentials, without Race ever being a factor.

[2.5]     Employers should not have to face so called Racial Discrimination Penalties for failing to hirer anyone.

[2.6]    Forced Racial Integration of schools and all other institutions should come to an end, where local votes can decide such issues, through a U.S. Constitutional Amendment making such a vote legal and binding.

[2.7]    There is no hatred nor Racism within any of the N.I.M. Objectives; ONLY, Legal Change Through Legal Methods.

[3.0]    The days of the Cold War are over.

[3.1]    The Cold War officially took place 1946-1992.

[3.2]    During the Cold War, the Soviet Communists, (present day Russia), accused the British, the Canadians, the United States, and the West Germans of being Imperialistic and Racist, with the goal of spreading Communism throughout the Third World.  (Africa, Asia, and South America)

[3.3]    The Soviet Communists preached that all of Mankind was equal under Communist Rule, and it was the NATO nations, (Britain, Canada, United States, West Germany), who wanted to exploit the Third World and darker skin people of the Earth.

[3.4]     To counter the efforts of Soviet Communist influence spreading in the Third Word through Communist accusations, the British, Canadians, Americans, and West Germans created Quotas and Privileges based on Race. 

[3.5]    These Quotas and Privileges based on Race included 'Forced Racial Integration in Schools,' and other Institutions, Employment Quotas based on Race, So Called Affirmative Action Programs, so called Anti-Discrimination Laws, and other unjust measures.

[3.5A]  Both dedicated U.S. Southerners, and New Englanders with other participants, fought through all methods possible, throughout the Cold War, to fight the injustice of Quotas and Privileges based on Race.

[3.5B]   Both the descendants of U.S. Civil War Southern Confederate Soldiers, and the descendants of U.S. Civil War Union Northern Soldiers fought united on a common front, as allies, through all methods possible, to halt Quotas and Privileges based on Race, during the Cold War, {1946-1992}.   The U.S. Civil War took place between 1861 through 1865, and was the world's first modern war.

[3.6]    The Cold War has been over since 1992.

[3.7]    The Communist Soviet Union has ceased to exist since 1992.

[3.7A]   Privileges and Quotas based on Race, are an out of date Dinosaur left over from the Cold War, which ended more than a decade ago.

[3.8]     These Privileges and Quotas based on Race have not lowered crime, nor have they halted an ever growing crime infested ghetto inner-cities, as the Liberals claimed such actions would produce.

[3.9]     It is time to scrap this out of date program of Privileges and Quotas based on Race, which has been left over from the Cold War, which ended more than a decade ago.

[4.0]     Since 1995, the Hispanics have become the largest minority in the United States, the world's only surviving super-power.

[4.1]     The majority of the Hispanics are Conservative.   The Majority of Hispanics want to halt illegal migration into the United States.  The Majority of Hispanics want to halt Privileges and Quotas based on Race.  

[4.2]    The Hispanic vote, as of 1995, is much more valuable than the Black vote in the United States.

[4.2A]  Spanish Populations have had a great influence on western civilization for countless decades and several centuries.  To celebrate this historic fact, N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL created  the N.I.M. SPANISH TRIBUTE Article which was published on the N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Site during the year 2006.

This 2006 N.I.M. Article celebrates the achievements of modern Spanish Populations who succeed due to individual talent and a drive to succeed, in spite of all set backs on the road to success, WITHOUT Privileges based on Race, Religion, or Culture.

[4.3]    On U.S. National Elections 90 to 98 percent of the Blacks vote Democrat, which no longer has any effect on U.S. National Elections.  The Black vote will no longer decide which side wins a U.S. National Election.   The national candidate who wins the majority Black vote, will still lose the election, in most cases.

[4.4]   N.I.M. does not attempt to spread hatred of the Blacks by describing crime levels in highly Black populated areas; but instead, to create a real picture of the situation which takes place daily, where government Privileges and Quotas based on Race are not the solution, if there is a solution, to crime levels in Inner-city Ghettos.  In any event, Privileges Based on Race, Religion, or Culture, are NOT the solution.

[4.5] In addition to drive this point to the clearest level, N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL created a 2007, N.I.M. Ariticle featuring Black Examples, and other examples [Muslim, Jewish, Asian], of persons who succeeded in their careers based on their talent and drive to to succeed, WITHOUT Privileges based on Race, Religion, or Culture, called N.I.M. [5.0]   One cannot truthfully say that all members of one Race are good, and all members of another Race are evil. 

[5.1]    The point is to let the individual decide if he wants to cross Racial barriers or Racial lines to meet persons of similar interests, without the force of government.   Freedom of Choice, instead of government force, should be the overwhelming factor in such a decision.

[5.2]    N.I.M. is not at war with populations on the basis of Race.

[5.2A]   The question will always be placed by Liberals attempting to attack N.I.M. Worldwide:  CAN A NON-WHITE, NON-CHRISTIAN, NON-NORDIC, NON-ANGLO-SAXON, NON-CELTIC, NON-GERMANIC join N.I.M. National Independents Movement, also known as N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby?

[5.2B]    To answer this QUESTION clearly, to remove any false doubt that N.I.M. falsely implies that current Racial Laws should be broken, in which N.I.M. plainly states that all current laws should be obeyed in all NATO nations to include Australia and New Zealand, the answer is simple:  

ANY NON-FELON, OF HIGH MORAL STANDARDS, WHO LEGALLY SUPPORTS THE N.I.M. CAUSE, MAY JOIN N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, N.I.M. 'THE NATIONAL INDEPENDENTS MOVEMENT.'

[5.3]    N.I.M. is at War against Liberal Organizations, and Liberal Objectives worldwide.   N.I.M. wages this War against the Liberals through legal methods.
